🌿 太极 · 气功养生随到随学课程


Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Health is a gentle, mixed movement drop-in class designed to support physical well-being, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. This class combines Tai Chi and Qi Gong practices and is suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Led by Lyla Yip, DTCM, Doctor of Acupuncture, the class draws on principles of traditional Chinese medicine and holistic health. Through slow, mindful movements and breathing exercises, participants can improve circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness in a welcoming community environment.

  • Days: Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • $5 per drop-in session
