Our programs promote language development, lifelong learning, cultural exchange, health and well-being, and social connection.

Fostering Interests: We are committed to cultivating children’s lasting interests. Through consistent dedication and foundational development, we help them experience joy, build confidence, and become more willing to actively participate, including in various competitions. 培养爱好：我们致力于培养孩子持久的兴趣，通过持之以恒的投入与基础打造，使他们体验到乐趣，树立自信，进而更愿意积极参与与投入，包括参加各类竞赛活动。
Passing on Spirit: We envision creating a safe platform where children can explore and learn at a young age. As they grow, they become teachers and assistants to themselves and others, learning and growing together with their peers, passing on knowledge and skills. 传承精神：我们设想创建一个安全的平台，让孩子们在年幼时期就能在这里探索学习，并在成长过程中成为自己和他人的老师和助教，与小伙伴们共同学习成长，传承知识与技能。
Community Building and Giving Back: As a non-profit organization, we are cost-oriented while considering future development, allowing more people the opportunity to participate in community building and activities. Our courses provide equal learning opportunities. 社区建设与回馈：作为非盈利机构，我们以成本为导向，兼顾未来发展，使更多人有机会参与社区建设与活动，通过课程提供平等的学习机会。
Faculty and Volunteers: We encourage mutual help and learning within the community to promote the healthy development of our faculty and increase volunteer participation. 师资队伍与义工：我们鼓励在社区内相互帮助、互相学习，共同进步，以促进师资队伍的健康发展和提高义工的参与度。
Maintaining Order: Although we are a non-profit organization, we expect good order, including clear rights and obligations for teachers, volunteers, and students. Values ｜ 价值
Our out-of-school program is designed for kids aged 6 and above and it provides numerous values 我们的课外计划是为6岁及以上的孩子设计的，具有多种价值：
- Learning: Children engage in educational activities that enhance their knowledge and skills. 学习：孩子们参与教育活动，提升知识和技能。
- Volunteering: Kids participate in community service, teaching them the importance of helping others and giving back. 志愿服务：孩子们参与社区服务，学习帮助他人和回馈社会的重要性。
- Teaching: Older or more knowledgeable kids have the opportunity to teach younger ones, fostering leadership, responsibility, and communication skills. 教学：年龄较大或知识较多的孩子有机会教导年幼的孩子，培养领导能力、责任感和沟通技巧。
- Community Building: The program promotes a sense of belonging and teamwork among participants. 社区建设：该计划促进参与者之间的归属感和团队合作。
