CACCC Hosts Traditional Meditation Workshop in Red Deer

昨日,阿尔伯塔省中部华人文化中心(CACCC)邀请M-lab的主理人兼首席冥想导师方先生在红鹿市中央图书馆举办了一场别开生面的传统冥想培训活动,吸引了众多冥想爱好者积极参与,其中不乏从周边小镇专程赶来的学员。此次活动旨在推广科学冥想,帮助人们缓解压力、净化心灵,获得精神上的平静与愉悦。

Yesterday, the Central Alberta Chinese Cultural Center (CACCC) invited Mr. Fang, the founder and chief meditation instructor of M-lab, to host a unique traditional meditation workshop at the Red Deer Public Library. The event attracted numerous meditation enthusiasts, including participants who traveled from surrounding towns to attend. The workshop aimed to promote scientific meditation, helping individuals alleviate stress, purify their minds, and achieve spiritual tranquility and joy.

活动现场,在专业高阶冥想导师的引导下,学员们沉浸在传统冥想的静谧氛围中,感受着身心的放松与净化。活动结束后,学员们纷纷表示受益匪浅,对传统冥想带来的精神慰藉赞不绝口,并热切期盼着下一次活动的到来。

Under the guidance of a professional senior meditation instructor, participants immersed themselves in the serene atmosphere of traditional meditation, experiencing deep relaxation and mental purification. After the session, attendees expressed that they greatly benefited from the experience, speaking highly of the spiritual comfort brought by traditional meditation. Many eagerly anticipated future workshops.

此次活动的成功举办,不仅为当地华人同胞提供了一个了解和体验传统冥想的平台,也吸引了众多对东方传统文化感兴趣的西方友人参与其中。科学冥想超越了国界、年龄和信仰的界限,以其独特的魅力促进了中西文化的交流与融合。

The successful hosting of this event not only provided the local Chinese community with an opportunity to learn about and experience traditional meditation but also attracted many Western friends interested in Eastern traditions. Scientific meditation transcends national, age, and religious boundaries, fostering cultural exchange and integration between East and West through its unique appeal.


科学冥想:身心健康的钥匙

Scientific Meditation: The Key to Physical and Mental Well-Being

科学研究表明,冥想能够有效缓解压力、焦虑和抑郁,改善睡眠质量,提升专注力和创造力。长期坚持冥想练习,还能延缓衰老,促进身心健康。此次活动的举办,正是为了让更多人了解和体验科学冥想的益处,并将其融入到日常生活中,从而获得更加健康、快乐的生活。

Scientific research has shown that meditation effectively reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, improves sleep quality, and enhances focus and creativity. With long-term practice, meditation can also slow down aging and promote overall well-being. The goal of this workshop was to introduce more people to the benefits of scientific meditation and encourage them to incorporate it into their daily lives for a healthier and happier existence.

The Central Alberta Chinese Cultural Center (CACCC) has long been dedicated to serving the local Chinese community and actively promoting cultural exchange between China and the West.
