CACCC General Policies 政策
Class Cancellation and Combination Policy: Classes will be cancelled if fewer than three students (five for French and Dance classes) are registered. We reserve the right to combine classes based on the number of registrations to ensure an optimal learning environment. 课程取消及合并政策：如果注册人数少于三人 (法语及舞蹈课少于5人)，课程将被取消。我们保留根据注册人数合并课程的权利，以确保最佳的学习环境。
Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow the class to begin promptly without delays. 准时到达：请确保您至少在预定开始时间前5分钟到达，以便课程准时开始。
Quiet Departure: After class, kindly gather all your belongings and exit quietly to ensure the next class can start on time and without disruption. 安静离场：课程结束后，请收拾好所有物品并安静离开，以确保下一节课能够准时开始并不受干扰。
Supervision Requirements: Due to the nature of the class and the limited number of volunteers, we cannot provide dedicated supervision for children who are unable to learn independently. If your child requires additional support, a family member must accompany them. 监督要求：由于课程性质和志愿者人数有限，我们无法为无法独立学习的儿童提供专门的监督。如果您的孩子需要额外的支持，必须有家庭成员陪同。
Photo Consent: By registering for the class, you give consent for your and/or your child(ren)’s photos to be used on our social media platforms. 照片使用同意：通过注册课程，您同意我们在社交媒体平台上使用您或者您孩子的照片。
Waiver of Liability: By registering for the class, you agree to waive any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during the class. 责任豁免：通过注册课程，您同意对课程期间发生的任何事故或伤害免责。
