招聘岗位 / Available Positions

一、数学教师
Position: Math Teacher

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 为学生提供高质量的数学教学。
  Provide high-quality math instruction to students.
• 根据学生的学习进度与水平制定个性化的教学方案。
  Develop personalized teaching plans based on students’ progress and abilities.
• 参与课程设计与优化，提高教学效果。
  Participate in course design and optimization to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• 关注学生的学习状态，及时与家长沟通反馈。
  Monitor students’ learning progress and communicate feedback to parents in a timely manner.

岗位要求 / Requirements:

• 数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics or a related field.
• 有1年以上数学教学经验者优先。
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in math teaching is preferred.
• 具备良好的沟通能力和责任心，热爱教育事业。
  Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for education.
• 熟悉新加坡教材者优先考虑。
  Familiarity with Singapore curriculum is an advantage.

二、机器人搭建教师
Position: Robotics Teacher

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 负责机器人搭建课程的教学工作，培养学生的动手能力和创新思维。
  Teach robotics courses, fostering students’ hands-on abilities and innovative thinking.
• 根据不同年龄段学生的特点，设计适宜的课程内容和教学方案。
  Design appropriate course content and teaching plans tailored to different age groups.
• 维护和管理课程所需的硬件设备。
  Maintain and manage the hardware required for courses.

岗位要求 / Requirements:

• 机械工程、电子工程、教育等相关专业背景优先。
  Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Education, or related fields is preferred.
• 对机器人技术及教育有浓厚兴趣，有相关教学经验者优先。
  Strong interest in robotics and education, with teaching experience in the field being an advantage.
• 具备良好的动手能力和团队合作精神。
  Good hands-on skills and a team-oriented attitude.

三、编程教师
Position: Programming Teacher

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 负责编程课程的教学工作，包括但不限于Python、Scratch、C++等。
  Teach programming courses, including but not limited to Python, Scratch, and C++.
• 根据学生的兴趣和能力，制定个性化的教学计划。
  Develop personalized teaching plans based on students’ interests and abilities.
• 组织和指导学生参加编程比赛和项目实践。
  Organize and guide students in participating in programming competitions and project practices.

岗位要求 / Requirements:

• 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，有教学经验者优先。
  Proficiency in at least one programming language, with teaching experience preferred.
• 善于沟通，具有较强的创新意识和教学设计能力。
  Strong communication skills, innovation mindset, and teaching design capabilities.

四、助教 & 助教义工
Position: Teaching Assistant & Teaching Assistant Volunteer

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 协助主教老师进行课堂管理，解答学生问题。
  Assist lead teachers in classroom management and answer students’ questions.
• 帮助学生完成课堂作业和课外活动。
  Help students with classwork and extracurricular activities.
• 参与机构组织的各种教育活动和社区服务。
  Participate in various educational activities and community services organized by the institution.

岗位要求 / Requirements:

• 热爱教育事业，有志于从事教育行业的十年级以上的优秀学生均可。
  Students in Grade 10 or above who are passionate about education and aspire to pursue a career in the education industry are welcome.
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• 每周至少能提供2-4小时的服务时间。
  Able to commit to 2-4 hours of service per week.
